GreenLaning Tours exists to remove all of that uncertainty and replace it with a relaxed, confidence‑building day out on some of Yorkshire’s most beautiful unsurfaced roads.

We’re not driving instructors, and we don’t pretend to be. What we are is a pair of experienced off‑road enthusiasts who know the Yorkshire Dales inside out—what’s legal, what’s suitable for standard vehicles, and which routes offer the best “first taste” of green laning without risk or stress.

Our tours give you a one‑off, low‑pressure introduction to green laning without needing to invest in specialist equipment like winches, recovery boards, or ropes. You simply bring your road‑legal 4×4 (ideally with all‑terrain tyres), and we handle the planning, guidance, and safety considerations.
